Sept

Founded by Maher Harb, a former data consultant turned winegrower, Sept is a small, independent winery dedicated to cultivating purity, place, and purpose through wine. What began with hand-planting his first vines in 2012 has become a quiet force in Lebanon’s natural wine movement.

Sept crafts monovarietal, site-specific wines using spontaneous fermentation, native yeasts, and no additives.

The winery works with indigenous grapes such as Merweh and Obeideh, some from wild vines over a century old. With a strong focus on biodiversity and biodynamic practices, Sept captures the spirit of Lebanon’s ancient soils in every bottle: elegant, textured, and alive.
